I am Biochemist. I have specialised in the proteomic field. I have been working for JRC-IRMM (Joint Research Center at IRMM institute: Institute for Reference materials and Measurements) for almost 10 years. For 6 years as scientific officer in the department of Food safety and quality, I have worked on the development of methods for the analysis of food allergens to support the European directive on labelling food products. For the last three years, as member of the SID unit (Standards for Innovation and Sustainable Development Unit) and I am working on the production of protein based reference materials in the clinical field.
