Geoffrey Rule has been involved in the field of small molecule quantitation by mass spectrometry for more than 25 years. He obtained his doctorate at Cornell University and has since spent time in the pharmaceutical, contract, and now, clinical laboratory settings. He has considerable experience in developing new approaches and efficiencies in high-throughput sample analysis, as well as in new instrument development and commercialization. Recently he has also become involved in introducing NMR technology to the laboratory at ARUP where he currently works with Dr. Alan Rockwood.
