Dr. Dasari is an assistant professor of medical informatics at the Mayo Clinic. He specializes in the bioinformatics of mass spectrometry-based proteomics. His research portfolio has equal distribution of translational proteomics and cancer proteomics. He has developed methods for detecting hereditary mutations in amyloidogenic proteins. He is also engaged in detecting novel therapeutic targets in cancer using high-dimensional proteogenomic data sets.
