Dr. Gerona trained as a Clinical Chemistry Fellow under the tutelage of Dr. Alan Wu at San Francisco General Hospital. He currently runs an environmental and clinical toxicology laboratory at UCSF. His primary research interests are in environmental biomonitoring and designer drug analysis.
