Past experiences strongly improve my competence in project and laboratory management; this characteristic was highlighted when I worked as laboratory head of Biotrack S.r.l, a proteomic company in agro-food and veterinary field. In 2006, University of Bologna hired me to establish the proteomic mass spectrometry facility services. In 2007, the University Hospital S.Orsola Malpighi (Bologna) and the United Centre of Applied Biomedical Research (CRBA) assigned me, parallel to facility management activity, the development of the Clinical Proteomic Research group. Starting from 2011 I move to Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale in Bellinzona (CH) to create and manage the Clinical Biochemistry and Pharmacology Laboratory.
