Nicole Strittmatter is currently studying for a PhD degree in Analytical Chemistry in the research group of Professor Zoltan Takats at Imperial College London. She previosuly obtained a BSc and MSc degree in Chemistry at the Justus-Liebig-Universität in Giessen, Germany. Her research interests focus around ambient mass spectrometric techniques for the characterisation of microorganisms and imaging mass spectrometry.
