Currently I am an undergraduate at Utah Valley University finishing my bachelors in biology as of December 2014. For my academic achievements I have been invited onto the Deans list and awarded the full tuition endowment scholarship from The College of Science and Health. During my education I was accepted into the LEAD program designed by the Center for the Advancement of Leadership and was awarded a certificate of leadership with high distinction, the programs most prestigious award. Professionally, I have been working in the research department at ARUP laboratories primarily focused on using MALDI-TOF Mass Spectrometry for the identification of Nocardia species.
