1,25(OH)2D3 intra-assay and inter-assay precision was 7.1% and 8.6% (53pg/mL) and 9.1% and 10.8% (18pg/mL). LOQ and LOD was 6.25 pg/mL and 1.6pg/mL. 1,25(OH)2D2 intra-assay and inter-assay precision was 8.2% and 11.2% (79pg/mL) and 12% and 13% (25pg/mL). LOQ and LOD was 9pg/mL and 3.2pg/mL. Correlation with RIA results evenly spanning 3pg/mL to 94pg/mL had a proportional bias of 0.89, constant bias of 0.61 and a correlation of 0.90.
