| In this workshop attendees will learn about the application of LC-MS/MS technology to some of the most challenging assays in the clinical research laboratory, including the quantitative analysis of the estrogens, of low-level testosterone in female and pediatric populations, and of 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D. Recent developments in hardware solutions for increased sample throughput will also be discussed. In addition, an expert from a leading clinical research laboratory will present a detailed account of the development and implementation of a method for the routine analysis of free estradiol by LC-MS/MS, using the most sensitive triple quadrupole mass spectrometer on the market, the AB SCIEX Triple Quad™ 5500 system. |
