View Long Abstract
We developed a high-speed method using accurate mass, UPLC retention times and All-Ion-Fragmentation (AIF) using a Thermo Fisher Exactive mass spectrometer to detect and confirm the presence of over 100 drugs and their metabolites in urine. Limits of detection for most compounds are low picogram on column (10 ng/mL). The total runtime for the screen is 8 minutes per sample. Sample preparation consists of 10-fold dilution and filtration of urine.
