| An LC-MS/MS method has been developed for quantitative verification of samples screened with CEDIA® THC OFT Test Kits for THC in oral fluid. The method utilizes the same standards and controls as in the immunoassay kit, negating the need to prepare separate solutions. Samples are prepared by liquid/liquid extraction followed by a LC gradient elution and MS/MS detection. Intra-batch %RSD is less than 3% for standards and less than 7% for controls. Recovery ranges from 93 to 112%, and no endogenous interferences were detected in all lots tested. |
