| Here we present a method for exact quantification of 12 water soluble and 4 fat soluble vitamins and vitaminoids in 20 µL cell culture media samples. The total runtime of 20 min per sample and the fast and simple sample preparation procedure enable high-throughput suitability. For most compounds corresponding isotope labeled internal standards are used and LLOQs in the range of 50 nM – 1 µM can be achieved. The calibration curves show at least three orders of magnitude of linearity. The method has been validated and successfully applied in many metabolomic studies. |
