| Here we describe a comprehensive and rapid targeted analysis method for a suite of over 60 compounds applied to urine samples using LC-MS/MS (QQQ) that routinely achieves a sensitivity of down to one tenth of the cut-off level requirements for most analytes in the suite. Dynamic MRM capability allows the LC-MS/MS instrument to analyze higher numbers of analytes in faster analysis times without compromise to the data quality thus increasing sample throughput. Zorbax Eclipse Plus column technology, analytical methodology, instrument configuration and typical results will be outlined in this presentation. |
