Testing for prescription pain medicines, stimulants and drugs of abuse has become common practice for pre-employment, pre-insurance, and maintenance of medical licensure in the Unites States. We present a method to test Benzodiazepines, Opiates, Amphetamines, and Recreational Drugs (B.O.A.R.D. panel) for in human urine. The assay tests for presence of 38 compounds in diluted urine samples with no other sample pretreatments or derivatisation using reversed phase liquid chromatography and positive mode electrospray triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. The assay run time is 6 minutes per sample with binary pumping LC system.
