View Long Abstract
We have modified our previously-developed OP-nerve agent adduct method for high throughput analysis using the KingFisher magnetic bead processor. This adaptation allows for extraction of 96 samples, including QC materials, in less than five hours. This is a significant improvement over the manual method which requires at least six hours to extract a maximum of 16 samples. This method has also been adapted for the analysis of active OPNAs in serum and other water-based samples including DI water as a model for drinking water. Method validation and proof of principal data will be presented.
