RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for managing the Technology Transfer team and execution of both internal and external technology transfers, including global methods transfer.
Develops quality-driven technology transfer-related documents, such as process flow diagrams, project timelines/Gantt charts, templates, work instructions, etc.
Captures all aspects of clinical and research workflows including supply chain, logistics, facilities, equipment, processes, data analytics and quality requirements.
Engages with all technology product development teams (Hardware, Software and Wetware) to meet the company's mission.
Liaises with PMO (Program Management Office) to track and optimize effective activities.
Supports Process Optimization efforts, as required.
Monitors and presents metrics in line with KPI objectives.
This position has up to 15% travel.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Equivalent, with 7+ years of relevant process transfer applications (cell therapy, multi analyte assays, manufacturing, gene expression).
Experience in building and managing teams, managing project timelines and working with remote cross-functional teams.
Must be able to build partnerships and excel cross functionally with R&D, Operations, Data Science, Finance and other departments
Requires excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills.
Experience in assay validation and proficiency studies
Proven track record with CLIA/CAP/CMS audit preparedness is a plus
Mass spectroscopy experience is a big plus
Positive mindset with extreme ownership and transparency to how they engage and interact with internal and external entities
Start-up company experience is preferred.
