Yin-Ming Kuo
Fox Chase Cancer Center

Yin-Ming Kuo finished his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nuclear Science at National Tsing Hua University in 2000 and 2002, respectively. He also secured a minor certificate in Environmetnal Safety program in 2000. He completed his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Purdue University in 2009 with Dr. Inez Hua. His first postdoctoral associate was in Civil and Environmental Engineering at University of Vermont where he worked in detection of pathogen metabolites by secondary electrospray ionization-MS. After this postdoctoral experience, he moved to Fox Chase Cancer Center to work with Dr. Andrew Andrews and started his second postdoctoral associate in March 2011. During this second postdoctoral training, he has used UPLC-MS/MS to quantitatively measure histone modifications (e.g., acetylation, methylation, and phosphorylation).
