Carrie received her Masters in Forensic Science with an emphasis in Toxicology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2008. She has been employed at ARUP Laboratories in Salt Lake City since graduation, working in the Trace and Toxic Elements and the Mass Spectrometry laboratories. She is currently employed as a Research and Development scientist for the Trace and Toxic Elements lab. She has experience with tandem mass spectrometry and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry.
