Krisztina Radi
University of Warwick

I am currently in my final year of my PhD studies at the University of Warwick under the supervision of Professor James Scrivens. My PhD research has focused on the use of mass spectrometry-based methods for the identification and diagnosis of Haemoglobin variants. My PhD involved collaboration with the Haematology Department of University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust, which enabled me to apply my research skills in a clinical trial on patient samples. I have a M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, specialised in structural chemistry. After graduation I worked in industrial research in Servier Research Institute of Medicinal Chemistry as an analytical research associate in the Analytical department to support the discovery research of Servier, a French pharmaceutical company. I left the pharmaceutical industry to pursue a PhD degree at Warwick.
