I am a graduate student in the Computational and Systems Biology Program at Washington University in St. Louis. I work in Gary Patti's group on developing computational methods for the analysis of metabolomics data. My ultimate goal is to develop a method that will enable a systems wide analysis of biochemical networks by identifying a substantial portion of KEGG metabolites in an automated workflow.
