Long Abstract

Introduction

In order to decide on which mass spectrometer to purchase, a fair comparison should be carried out between vendors. But how do you compare apples to apples? This session will discuss questions to ask the vendors and how to plan a fair comparison when you are trying to decide on the instrument vendor. Further, colleagues who already run mass spectrometers are a great resource and this session will discuss questions to ask them that will aid in your decision.

Audience participation will be encouraged!
