Abstract

This practical training session consists of two parts, presented by Grace van der Gugten (St. Paul’s Hospital) and Tim Collier (Quest Diagnostics). Following an overview of the key components of the pre-analytical workflow utilizing enzymatic digestion for absolute quantification of proteins by LC-MS/MS, part II and III of this session will consist of real-world proteomic assay case discussions. Each case study will highlight the particular challenges faced during method development, validation, and post implementation, and how these challenges were overcome.
