Abstract
Low-dose antibiotics exposure from food animals or environment may pose severe threat especially to women during pregnancy. In this abstract, we present a LC-MS/MS method that will simultaneously measure 15 antibiotics that are commonly supplemented or used in food animals. This method has employed relatively simple human serum processing techniques and exhibited acceptable impression and accuracy. It provides a powerful tool to screen or confirm antibiotics exposure for women during pregnancy or neonates in their early developmental phase.
