Abstract

This tutorial will describe problems that can occur during method development and validation of bioanalytical methods when particularly ‘sticky’ compounds are involved. These compounds can adsorb (stick to) the inside surfaces of pipettes, multi-well plates, syringes and autosampler injectors causing a variety of problems. This pratical presentation will tell you how to remedy these issues.
