Presenter Bio: Joined Waters in 1996 as a Field Service Engineer and in 2000, was promoted to the PA District Service Manager role and successfully met growth goals in consecutive years. Involved with multiple regional and global projects focusing on process improvements to increase efficiencies in service procedures, customer success and was a member of the HR Onboarding Project Team. Prior to joining Waters, Julius worked as a temp chemist at Whitehall Robbins in Hammonton NJ after college for 8 months. He graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, PA with a B.S. in Chemistry.
