Conditions of Group Hotel Room Bookings
(1) Cancellations made by Sept 8, 2026 at 11PM ET result in a 100% refund.
(2) Full Payment for all reservations, which must be guaranteed by credit card, will be taken on September 9, 2026.
(3) There will be NO refunds after September 8, 2026 for any cancellations.
(4) Room Bookings MUST be made in the name of the conference registrant, or they may be administratively cancelled.
(5) Room Bookings must include at least 2 nights over the dates of October 5, 6, 7, 8 (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu).
(6) Reservations can only be made ONLINE.
| MSACL is NOT an INSURANCE COMPANY. If you get sick or there is some other issue that prevents you from attending, MSACL DOES NOT provide refunds after the policy dates specified. To protect your trip expenses in case of an unforeseen event that prevents you from attending, we STRONGLY SUGGEST that you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE. |
Administrative Review of Bookings to Verify Participants
We will be reviewing hotel bookings periodically. Any bookings that do not have either: (1) a corresponding paid conference registration, or (2) an Educational Grant under review or awarded, or are not specifically sanctioned by MSACL (e.g., instructors and VIPs), may be administratively cancelled.
Room Flush
If we run out of rooms prior to September 8, do not despair. We expect there will be a flush of cancellations on this day as this is the LAST DAY to cancel and receive any refund. You will then have until September 15, 2026 to book any available rooms at the Group rate.
Pre-Payment
If you need to pre-pay for your accommodations prior to September 8, 2026, this is possible. Please contact chris.herold@msacl.org and he will put you in direct contact with the rooms manager to complete payment.
Government Rate
There are no government room rates available at the conference hotel.
