Petite Suites

Focus Hours : Wed (11:30-12:45 & 17:00-18:30), Thu (7:45-8:45 & 12:15-13:15)

Petite Suites are meeting rooms located in the middle of the conference center, adjacent to the exhibit hall and session rooms. Petite Suites may be booked by the day, and utilized as you wish, to host private meetings, as a hospitality space , as an extension of your booth, and even to host workshops. If your activity is public and held during the Focus Hours, the activity will be listed in the conference schedule and promoted by MSACL.

Note that you may host events outside the Petite Suite Focus Hours, however, MSACL will not list such events in the conference schedule. Petite Suite hosts may place reasonable signage directly outside suite, flush with wall, listing any scheduled events.
