Some attendees will require a visa to enter Canada. Visa processing can take 3–6 months, so apply as early as possible.

Application Steps:

  1. First, find out if you need a TRV or eTA to travel to Canada. Then, if you do ...
  2. Register for MSACL 2026 – within 2 hours after registration and payment you should be in the system.
  3. Request an invitation letter. You WILL NEED this letter when you apply for your visa.
  4. Check your visa requirements
    1. Visa-required countries → Apply for a Temporary Resident Visa (TRV).
    2. Visa-exempt countries → Apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA).

Once you have your visa application number, send it to chris.herold@msacl.org.
