User Groups (for Vendors) Tuesday - 7:00 - 8:30+ PM

APPLICATION for a 2014 User Group

User Group Meetings provide an alternative venue for vendors to create brand awareness and build relationships with prospective customers. The events are customizable and can include food and beverage, presentations, forums and/or demonstrations.

These Tuesday evening events are held in the rooms off of the Harbor Ballroom Foyer starting at 7:00 PM following the Exhibitor Reception (Grande Ballroom). The meetings may continue until 10 PM, at the discretion of the host. The outdoor (ShoreLine) hospitality reception hosted by MSACL will begin at 8:30 PM.

In contrast to the corporate workshops, User Group meetings allow the Vendors (hosts) to turn away individuals at the door.
