General Info

Unless otherwise specified, ALL presenters, including podium presenters, are responsible for covering their costs for:

  1. travel to and from the conference,
  2. housing at the conference, and
  3. FULL conference registration.

Conference Registration is Online OR Onsite.

Full Registration includes:

  1. Entrance to all Scientific Presentations, Exhibits and social events,
  2. Food and Beverage. See Registration for further details.

Podium Presenters' Info

  1. Meeting registration is Not Complimentary.
  2. All speakers must self-register online. See Conference Registration.
  3. Session Chairs: If an individual is unable to present or does not show, the presentation time slot will be left open. It will NOT be filled by the next speaker. The next speaker will begin presenting at his/her scheduled time.
  4. Speakers: Please make an effort to repeat any questions from the audience back to the audience before answering in case other audience members were unable to hear the question asked.
  5. Podium presentations are ~20 minutes with ~5 minutes for Q&A.
  6. Lenovo T400 PC Laptops running Windows 7 will be provided. PowerPoint 2007 and Adobe Reader will be available on all presentation computers.
  7. Presenters should check-in 30 minutes prior to the start of their SESSION (not their talk) with either the Session Chair or AV Support on-hand to set-up their computer or upload their presentation files to the primary presentation lap-top computer.
  8. Presenters MUST bring their presentations on thumb (USB) drives for placement on a single presentation computer from which all presenters will access their PowerPoint presentations. If you are running on a Mac please verify that your presentation will function on a PC running Windows 7 with PowerPoint 2007.
  9. Green laser pointers will be provided.

Poster Presenters' Info

  1. Sunday
    • Place on Poster Board before 4:15 PM
    • Attend from 5:00 - 6:00 PM
    • Remove between 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  2. Monday & Tuesday
    • Place on Poster Board before 8:00 AM
    • 'a' Posters Attend from 2:00 - 3:00 PM
    • 'b' Posters Attend from 5:00 - 6:00 PM
    • Remove between 7:00 - 8:00 PM
  3. Poster Boards will be SHARED by two presenters. Poster Dimensions (for each presenter) are 3.75 ft (width) x 3.5 ft (height).
  4. Poster Pins WILL BE provided.
  5. Poster Boards are Fabric.
  6. Conference Registration is REQUIRED.
    • If you have not registered by the Regular Registration Deadline your poster will be removed from the program.
