Submit Abstract


Guidelines:

  1. You must be the presenter of the abstract(s) that you submit.
  2. NO POSTER PRESENTER SUBSTITUTIONS AFTER ACCEPTANCE.
    - If you are unable to attend the conference your abstract will be removed.
  3. Podium Presentations may be VIDEO (Slides Only) AND AUDIO RECORDED, but will not be placed on the MSACL website until AFTER you have approved the content.

The Review Process:
All submitted abstracts are reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee for scientific merit and appropriateness of content. Abstracts submitted for a podium presentation, but which are not chosen for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster contention.

Following abstract submission, a Confirmation Email will be sent to the contact email address and will contain a Confirmation link. It is critical that you confirm your submission. Any submissions not confirmed within 1 week are deleted from the system. If you do not receive a confirmation email please re-submit or contact MSACL directly at [email protected].

You will not have an opportunity to review your information before it is submitted. Instead, following confirmation, you will be able to view your abstract(s) through Abstract Management where you may perform edits, or delete your abstract from consideration for the MSACL conference.

You may submit as many abstracts as you wish under the same presenter's email address.
