Corporate Workshops (for Vendors)

Assignments finalized & Early Bird Deadline: May 11, 2017.

Corporate Workshops provide an opportunity for MSACL conference attendees to learn more about specific applications or products of interest as presented by sponsoring vendors.

There will be up to THREE morning Corporate Workshop slots on each of Wednesday & Thursday running from 8:15 - 8:45. The workshops will take place in Mozart 4-5 (Ground floor), Papageno (Ground floor), and Paracelsus (2nd Floor)

There will be two sets of FOUR afternoon Corporate Workshop slots on Wednesday running from 14:00 - 14:30 & 16:00 - 16:30. The workshops will take place in Mozart 4-5 (Ground floor), Papageno (Ground floor), Paracelsus (2nd Floor) and Trakl (3rd Floor).

The listed fee includes projector and screen. Microphone is included in Mozart and Papageno, but NOT in Paracelsus or Trakl.

These workshops are offered at no charge to attendees. Some sponsoring vendors may request that attendees register, but it is NOT REQUIRED (if there are issues regarding this on-site please contact any MSACL employee). Vendors may not provide priority seating to any workshop attendees.

Corporate Workshop holders must be registered for the conference.

*Title and summary must be received before July 15, 2017 to make the conference program print deadline.

Workshop Promotion

As a Workshop Sponsor, to promote your event you will be provided ONE (1) use of the email list of attendees that have not opted out of vendor contact.

On the day of your event you will be provided a table, chair in front your booked rooms. You will also be permitted to place on piece of signage in front of the room up to 45 minutes prior to the event.
