POSTER Abstracts - FINAL Jul 15, 2021 Jul 31, 2021

There will be a student POSTER CONTEST with up to three 100 EUR awards

You are automatically entered by submitting an abstract. Judging of student posters will take place during each poster session with announcement of the winner(s) on Friday September 17, immediately prior to the closing plenary with Stephen Pennington.

Not Intended for Commercial Submitters

Submissions through this portal are not recommended for commercial or industry-related presentations. Although abstracts with industry-employed presenting authors may be selected by the Scientific Committee for presentation, this is rare unless there is clear scientific novelty and objectivity.

Other options for commercial presentations can be viewed on the Sponsorship Opportunities page, and include Industry Workshops (45 min), as well as Industry Briefs (10 min). Also available are options to secure a breakout room within the main conference room, which vendors can use for presenting any content during the conference.

Guidelines:

  1. You may submit ONE abstract. Troubleshooting and Invited Practical Training abstracts do not count against this allowance.

  2. If you submit for a podium and are not selected, your abstract will be immediately considered for a poster position.

  3. You must be the presenter of the abstract that you submit.

  4. While presenter substitutions are permitted, they MAY NOT result in any individual presenting more than one abstract.

The Review Process:
All submitted abstracts are reviewed by the Scientific Committee for scientific merit and appropriateness of content. Abstracts submitted for a podium presentation, but which are not chosen for an oral presentation will automatically be considered for poster contention.
