On-line Registration is OPEN.
|FULL Conference Pass:
||Provides full access to all Congress activities.
Full Congress Pass is required to attend Scientific Sessions and/or to Present an Abstract.
|PARTIAL Conference Pass:
||Valid for any individual who desires to view the Exhibits, Plenary Talks, Get-the-Basics Series, and/or attend Corporate Workshops. A Partial Pass is not valid for entry
to Scientific Sessions or to present an abstract
(neither poster nor podium). Anyone found attending a Scientific Session with a Partial Pass is subject to immediate removal from the premises with no refund.
ACCESS TO GENERAL SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS.
||You may register for 1-Day attendance, where you may pick up your name badge for use on any single day.
HOWEVER, you must return your badge to the registration desk at the end of that day (except Thursday pick-up) or you will be charged the FULL fee for your
registration type at the late rate.
Tuesday counts as an entire day.
||Any commercial entity. This includes for-profit hospitals and other health care facilities that are for-profit.
|ACADEMIC or GOVERNMENT or NON-PROFIT :
||Any academic or governmental institution. This also includes 501c3 non-profit institutions.
|STUDENT or POST-DOC :
||Must be a full-time student, graduate-level candidate (e.g. masters, doctorate), or Post-Doc (including resident and fellowship trainees). This
DOES NOT INCLUDE Junior Faculty, which qualifies as Academic.
ANY commercially or academically employed individual, at any percent time, is considered Industry or Academic, respectively.
ARE RECEIVING ANY COMPENSATION, NOT INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL STIPENDS, YOU ARE NOT IN THIS CATEGORY.

To submit an application for this registration type, you confirm that you are not working in the clinical arena or with analytical tools such as mass spectrometers. You will

You are not generally permitted to access the Scientific Sessions, unless it is specifically to attend your partner's presentation. Prior to your attendance of a Scientific
Session for such a purpose, please notify an MSACL Crew
You are permitted to attend all other events with your partner, including the Exhibition, Plenary Sessions, Get-the-Basics, Workshops, Discussion Groups, and Social Events.

I, as a conference participant, agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking such participation in MSACL and/or events produced and/or sponsored by MSACL and associated
(collectively referred to
herein as "MSACL Event(s)") of my own free will. I hereby assume all risks of personal injury and/or other loss or damage arising out of, or in any way associated with, my
this or any MSACL
Event. I release to the fullest extent permitted by law, MSACL and any of its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, agents or other representatives,
and all others
acting on their behalf (collectively referred to herein as the "Released Parties") from any and all responsibilities, claims, expenses, personal injury, wrongful death or
injuries or damages
of any kind resulting from or in any way arising out of my participation in this or any MSACL Event. I also agree to hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all
of action, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred in defending such claims directly or indirectly resulting from, or in any
or related to
my participation in MSACL Events. I acknowledge that my participation in this or any MSACL Event is expressly conditioned on my agreeing to the foregoing.
I acknowledge that during MSACL Events, MSACL may photograph or video various aspects of the event, this includes all Scientific Presentations. I hereby grant
MSACL to use
any media from MSACL Events including my name and/or likeness for any MSACL business purpose.
Conference and Short Course Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. If you paid by credit card, refunds should occur within a couple of days. For all other forms of payment,
cancellations will be processed and refunds distributed within 60 days of the close of the conference.
- By February 28: a 90% refund.
- After February 28: a 50% refund, UNLESS registrant has an abstract accepted for presentation at the conference, which results in 0% refund.
- After March 15: No refund.
