Printing Specifications

If you are interested in advertising in the MSACL Printed Conference Program you may purchase ad space in full page units.

Please note that printed programs will only be provided on a pre-reservation basis for attendees.

Any page ad purchases also include a literature stand slot at the registration desk.

Printing Specifications

NOTE ON BLEED: You will want your ad to have the FULL BLEED specifications, listed above, if there are colors or images that go to the edge of your ad page. All program pages are printed on over-sized paper and then cut to A4 size. This cutting can sometimes be off by some millimeters. If your ad has color or an image that goes up to the edge of the page in your art, and you submit as only A4 dimenstions, AND the cut is a little off, then you will have a white border around part of your ad. Making you ad a little bigger (A4 + 3mm per side) and bringing the color or images into the extra space ensures that, in the final cut page, your art will run up to the edge of the page.
