Corporate Workshops (for Vendors)

** APPLICATION & PRICING for MSACL 2021 EU Workshops

Assignments finalized & Early Bird Deadline: May 11, 2019.

Corporate Workshops provide an opportunity for MSACL conference attendees to learn more about specific applications or products of interest as presented by sponsoring vendors.

The listed fee includes projector and screen. Microphone is included in Mozart and Papageno, but NOT in Paracelsus or Trakl.

These workshops are offered at no charge to attendees.

SUNDAY and AM WORKSHOPS:
(1) Sponsoring vendors may require that attendees register.
(2) Workshop registration must be managed by the Workshop host.
(3) Catering is required^ (Sunday) or recommended (AM) to increase attendance.

^Sunday workshops are required to be catered by the host. Lunch can be economical with excellent deli-type sandwiches at ~4 euros each, or comprehensive with a buffet offering that starts at 30 euros per person (direct through Sheraton catering).

*All prices include service fees and tax.

To promote workshop pre-registration*, which can then be used for providing catering guarantees, MSACL will be sending email notices regarding the Sunday corporate workshop events that will include the workshop title and any catering to be offered by the host. Sunday workshops can be restricted to pre-registrants only (important to plan for catering activity).

PM WORKSHOPS:
(1) Sponsoring vendors may request that attendees register, but it is not required for their attendance.
(2) Workshop registration must be managed by the Workshop host.
(3) Catering is optional, but not recommended. MSACL will be providing lunch prior to the PM workshops.

Title and summary must be uploaded online before July 15, 2019
to make the conference program print deadline.

Workshop Promotion

As a Workshop Sponsor, to promote your event you can use the email list of opt-in registrants who have opted-in for vendor contact for this event (if you have confirmed your GDPR compliance with MSACL). There are no limitations on use, but prudence is advised to avoid removal requests from registrants.

On the day of your event you will be provided a table, chair in front your booked rooms. You will also be permitted to place one piece of signage in front of the room up to 30 minutes prior to the event.

Sunday workshops will be co-promoted by MSACL via email blast to all registered attendees.
